My dad

My parents are squatting in an abandoned building on the Lower East Side.

They were homeless for three years before that which is pretty much how they raised us.

My dad is not developing a technology for bituminous coal, but he could tell you anything that you want to know about it.

He is the smartest man that I know.

He is also a drunk.

Never finishes what he starts and can be extremely cruel.

But he dreams bigger than anyone I've ever met.

And he never tries to be somebody that he's not.

He never wanted me to either.

I miei genitori occupano un edificio dismesso nella Lower East Side.

Sono stati senzatetto per i tre anni precedenti, ed è così che ci hanno cresciuti.

Mio padre non lavora ad una tecnica per il carbone bituminoso, ma potrebbe dirvi tutto quello che

non sapete sull'argomento.

E' l'uomo più intelligente che conosca.

Ed è anche un alcolizzato.

Non finisce mai quello che comincia, e può essere estremamente crudele.

Ma è il più grande sognatore che conosca.

E non cerca mai di essere la persona che non è.

Mi ha insegnato a fare lo stesso.
